Internet Access @ the Club

The club Internet is now up and running.  I tested afetr I did the change over and we were getting around 1.7 Mbps download speed which is about 8 times faster than Talk Talk used to be.

If anyone experiences probems, please let me know.

Dinghy/Keelboat Winter Series

Dates and Times are now posted on the racing page for the winter dinghy and small keel boats open series.  The series started on Jan 29th 2012 following a short break from the Frostbite series and ends on April 1st.  The series ends prior to the cruiser launches.

Loan Moorings

Following discussions with the legal department of the RYA, we have been advised that anyone considering lending or borrowing a mooring should discuss the matter, beforehand, with their insurers as any undeclared changes might vary the terms of their insurance, to the detriment of both parties.

I have recently put out an email circular to let members know that the Members Only section is now available for access by all club members. Please let me have your preferred User Name and Password and I will enable access as required. You can use the enquiry form link on the web site home page or on the contacts page.

The web site now includes a simple Enquiries, Comments or Suggestions form that members and visitors can use. All enquiries will be sent to the relevant committee member to answer promptly. Comments/suggestions will considered at the next committee meeting.
